To the extent the MCDPA applies to Atomic Roadside Rescue and your request, Minnesota consumers may have the right to:

Under the MCDPA, response deadlines may generally be extended when permitted by law based on the complexity or number of requests. If we deny a request, we will provide an explanation and information about any available appeal process as required by applicable law.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against an eligible consumer for exercising a privacy right. We may, however, provide different services or process information differently when reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, provide roadside assistance, comply with law, prevent fraud, or otherwise carry out a permitted business purpose.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18.
